After the 2011 season (if there is one), the NFL's contract with Reebok expires and they're expected to sign a new deal with Nike. Every teams jersey Wholesale New England Patriots jerseys is rumored to be experiencing at least minor changes. I think you're talking about the new Nike uniforms but those are still speculation. If it is true though then all teams will get new uniforms.

No one will have new uniforms this season because this is the last year that Reebok has the contract with the NFL. Nike takes over after Wholesale New Orleans Saints jerseys this season and they are making plans for major changes
Probably no one, but some teams will use their retro jerseys for some games.
